PPAN

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPAN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,627 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPAN-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCGR1A, LEMD3, and RANP4. Each is linked with PPAN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPAN-to-partner and partner-to-PPAN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPAN versus FCGR1A in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPAN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPAN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
