Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPAN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,558 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPAN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are rRNA metabolic process, Ribosome biogenesis, and rRNA processing. Each is linked with PPAN in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPAN-to-partner and partner-to-PPAN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, rRNA metabolic process grouped by PPAN-low versus PPAN-high in OESOPHAGUS.
