PPAN

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPAN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,545 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPAN-associated genes across cancer lineages are HERC3, ARGLU1, and ARHGEF7. Each is linked with PPAN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPAN-to-partner and partner-to-PPAN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPAN versus HERC3 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of -0.64.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPAN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPAN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
