Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPAN-P2RY11 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPAN-P2RY11-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, Ku80, and PTEN. Each is linked with PPAN-P2RY11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPAN-P2RY11-to-partner and partner-to-PPAN-P2RY11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by PPAN-P2RY11-low versus PPAN-P2RY11-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPAN-P2RY11→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPAN-P2RY11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
