POU2F1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POU2F1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,148 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POU2F1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC3, SMC1A, and POGK. Each is linked with POU2F1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POU2F1-to-partner and partner-to-POU2F1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POU2F1 versus SMC3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POU2F1→partner) and Y-score (partner→POU2F1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
