POTEB3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POTEB3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POTEB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPY13P, DAZ1, and CTBP2P9. Each is linked with POTEB3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POTEB3-to-partner and partner-to-POTEB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TSPY13P grouped by POTEB3-low versus POTEB3-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POTEB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→POTEB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
