Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 295 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4282, RN7SKP286, and HBAP1. Each is linked with POP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POP4-to-partner and partner-to-POP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4282 grouped by POP4-low versus POP4-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→POP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
