Across TCGA cell cohorts, POP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX6A2, ENPP6, and OR1K1. Each is linked with POP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POP4-to-partner and partner-to-POP4 results are reported.
