Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PON3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,685 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PON3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PON1, PON2, and RNASE1. Each is linked with PON3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PON3-to-partner and partner-to-PON3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PON3 versus PON1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PON3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PON3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
