Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PON3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,422 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PON3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEC14L4, ARG1, and HRG. Each is linked with PON3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PON3-to-partner and partner-to-PON3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PON3 versus SEC14L4 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PON3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PON3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
