PON1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PON1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,846 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PON1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R9A_S840, PPP1R9A, and CA12. Each is linked with PON1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PON1-to-partner and partner-to-PON1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PON1 versus PPP1R9A_S840 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PON1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PON1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
