Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PON1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,022 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PON1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINE1, VEGFC, and FLT1. Each is linked with PON1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PON1-to-partner and partner-to-PON1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PON1 versus SERPINE1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PON1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PON1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
