PON1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PON1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,203 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PON1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHD6-6, RNA5SP378, and SEC13. Each is linked with PON1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PON1-to-partner and partner-to-PON1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHD6-6 grouped by PON1-low versus PON1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PON1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PON1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
