Across TCGA patient cohorts, PON1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PON1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, p62 Lck ligand, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with PON1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PON1-to-partner and partner-to-PON1 results are reported.
