Q-omics provides the consensus-scored POM121B profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. POM121B expression is associated with patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, POM121B is differentially expressed in 8, with the highest sampling consensus in HNSC. Additionally, POM121B RNA expression shows 15,621 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in DLBC. Together, these results highlight STAD, HNSC, and DLBC as cancer lineages where POM121B shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.
