Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, POM121B RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated POM121B data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher POM121B RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated POM121B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and LAML show a favorable association.

STAD, BRCA, and UVM are the cancer types where POM121B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
