Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLRMT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,783 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLRMT-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6821, KMT5AP1, and MIR3188. Each is linked with POLRMT in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLRMT-to-partner and partner-to-POLRMT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6821 grouped by POLRMT-low versus POLRMT-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLRMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLRMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
