POLRMT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, POLRMT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 459 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLRMT-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNL1, DEFB134, and OR2J3. Each is linked with POLRMT in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLRMT-to-partner and partner-to-POLRMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IFNL1 grouped by POLRMT-low versus POLRMT-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLRMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLRMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
