Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR3H protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,625 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLR3H-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRNKL1, MRC2, and ZNF337. Each is linked with POLR3H in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR3H-to-partner and partner-to-POLR3H results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR3H versus CRNKL1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR3H→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR3H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
