POLR3GL

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR3GL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,497 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR3GL-associated genes across cancer lineages are SFI1, DAPP1, and JAK3. Each is linked with POLR3GL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR3GL-to-partner and partner-to-POLR3GL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR3GL versus SFI1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR3GL→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR3GL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
