Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, POLR3GL RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated POLR3GL data layer compared with 2 for mutation status and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher POLR3GL RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated POLR3GL expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and KIRC show a favorable association.

BRCA, ACC, and KIRP are the cancer types where POLR3GL RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
