Across TCGA cell cohorts, POLR3G mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR3G-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR51T1 and GSG1L2. Each is linked with POLR3G in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR3G-to-partner and partner-to-POLR3G results are reported.
