POLR3D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR3D RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,006 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR3D-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CCAR2, XPO7, and PPP2R2A. Each is linked with POLR3D in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR3D-to-partner and partner-to-POLR3D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR3D versus CCAR2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR3D→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR3D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
