POLR3D

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR3D protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,482 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR3D-associated genes across cancer lineages are EARS2, RSL1D1, and POLR3E. Each is linked with POLR3D in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR3D-to-partner and partner-to-POLR3D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR3D versus EARS2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR3D→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR3D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
