POLR2J

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR2J RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,420 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR2J-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDAP1, PUS7, and EIF4H. Each is linked with POLR2J in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2J-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2J results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR2J versus PDAP1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR2J→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR2J) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
