Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR2J protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,245 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR2J-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTHFD1, NUP93, and TAF1C. Each is linked with POLR2J in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2J-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2J results are reported.
