POLR2J

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, POLR2J RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,551 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR2J-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-glutamic acid carboxylation, Protein carboxylation, and tRNA dihydrouridine synthesis. Each is linked with POLR2J in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2J-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2J results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptidyl-glutamic acid carboxylation grouped by POLR2J-low versus POLR2J-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR2J→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR2J) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
