POLR2H

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR2H RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,848 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR2H-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FXR1, EIF4G1, and GMPS. Each is linked with POLR2H in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2H-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2H results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR2H versus FXR1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR2H→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR2H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
