Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR2H protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,708 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLR2H-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF14, NCAPG2, and RFC4. Each is linked with POLR2H in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2H-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2H results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR2H versus KIF14 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR2H→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR2H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
