POLR2G

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR2G RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,985 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR2G-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NAA40, NASP, and POLD3. Each is linked with POLR2G in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2G-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR2G versus NAA40 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR2G→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR2G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
