POLR2F

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR2F RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,195 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR2F-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TTLL12, RANBP1, and KDM4B. Each is linked with POLR2F in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2F-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2F results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR2F versus TTLL12 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR2F→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR2F) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
