Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR2F protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,921 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLR2F-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC11A1, RPS3AP44, and CH25H. Each is linked with POLR2F in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2F-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2F results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR2F versus SLC11A1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR2F→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR2F) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
