POLR2F

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, POLR2F RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,883 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR2F-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Termination of RNA polymerase III transcription, [2Fe-2S] cluster assembly, and Positive regulation of mitochondrial translation. Each is linked with POLR2F in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2F-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2F results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Termination of RNA polymerase III transcription grouped by POLR2F-low versus POLR2F-high in SKIN.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR2F→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR2F) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
