Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR2C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,106 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLR2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are SETD6, NEK8, and FPR1. Each is linked with POLR2C in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2C-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR2C versus SETD6 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.22.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
