POLR2C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR2C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are Bak, eEF2, and Gab2. Each is linked with POLR2C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2C-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Bak grouped by POLR2C-low versus POLR2C-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
