Across TCGA cell cohorts, POLR2C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,745 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR2C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to chromosome, snRNA processing, and Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase II promoter. Each is linked with POLR2C in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2C-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2C results are reported.
