Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR1F protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 30,856 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLR1F-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BCAS2, NUP62, and POLR1A. Each is linked with POLR1F in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR1F-to-partner and partner-to-POLR1F results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR1F versus BCAS2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR1F→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR1F) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
