POLR1F

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR1F mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,538 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR1F-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU5A-3P, TCP11X3P, and LINC01861. Each is linked with POLR1F in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR1F-to-partner and partner-to-POLR1F results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU5A-3P grouped by POLR1F-low versus POLR1F-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR1F→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR1F) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
