POLR1D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR1D RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,355 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR1D-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZMYM2, GTF2F2, and GTF2F1. Each is linked with POLR1D in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR1D-to-partner and partner-to-POLR1D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR1D→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR1D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
