Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR1D protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,136 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLR1D-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLXNC1, LMOD1, and POLR1C. Each is linked with POLR1D in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR1D-to-partner and partner-to-POLR1D results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR1D→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR1D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
