POLR1D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, POLR1D RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,765 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR1D-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL21, MRPS31, and MTIF3. Each is linked with POLR1D in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR1D-to-partner and partner-to-POLR1D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR1D→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR1D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
