POLQ

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLQ protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,308 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLQ-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPNE6, PABPC1L, and MRGBP. Each is linked with POLQ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLQ-to-partner and partner-to-POLQ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLQ versus CPNE6 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLQ→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLQ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
