The most reproducible POLQ-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RETREG1_S293, RFX1_S204, and RGL2_S13. Each is linked with POLQ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLQ-to-partner and partner-to-POLQ results are reported.
