POLQ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLQ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,920 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLQ-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCCIP, CCL14, and NUS1. Each is linked with POLQ in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLQ-to-partner and partner-to-POLQ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BCCIP grouped by POLQ-low versus POLQ-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLQ→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLQ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
