POLQ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLQ mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 85 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLQ-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, c-Met_pY1235, and TFRC. Each is linked with POLQ in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLQ-to-partner and partner-to-POLQ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by POLQ-low versus POLQ-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLQ→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLQ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
