POLQ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, POLQ mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,562 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLQ-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYNE1, TNR, and RALGAPA2. Each is linked with POLQ in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLQ-to-partner and partner-to-POLQ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SYNE1 grouped by POLQ-low versus POLQ-high in BONE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLQ→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLQ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
