Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,494 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are QDPR, RAI14, and RPS2. Each is linked with POLN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLN-to-partner and partner-to-POLN results are reported.
