POLG

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,943 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTDSPL2, SIN3A_S832, and DUT. Each is linked with POLG in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLG-to-partner and partner-to-POLG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLG versus CTDSPL2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLG→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
