Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLE4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,835 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLE4-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLE3, PRPF4, and ZNF367. Each is linked with POLE4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLE4-to-partner and partner-to-POLE4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLE4 versus POLE3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLE4→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLE4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
