POLE4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLE4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 27,846 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLE4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are U2AF2, SF3B2, and SSRP1. Each is linked with POLE4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLE4-to-partner and partner-to-POLE4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLE4 versus U2AF2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLE4→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLE4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
